What We Collect
This site has no forms. We only receive personal information you choose to send us yourself, in person.
Why We Use It
We use your information only for the reason you gave it to us:
- To answer you when you get in touch.
- To keep the records the law asks a business to keep.

- Talk Portal (Digital Cartel, South Africa) hosts this website. It acts only on our instructions.

Some of these services store information outside South Africa. POPIA allows this where the country or the company protects it to a standard at least as good as ours.
How Long We Keep It
- Anything that becomes part of a job or account is kept as long as tax and business law require, usually five years.
- Emails and messages are kept only as long as we need them to help you.

How We Protect It
The site runs over an encrypted connection (https). If your information is ever exposed without permission, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
Your Rights
Under POPIA you may:
- ask whether we hold information about you, and for a copy of it;
- ask us to correct it, or to delete it when we no longer need it;
- object to us using it, and withdraw any consent you gave;
- ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time;
- complain to the Information Regulator.
